#ETWION – eTwinning Twitterathon- 19 December from 6 to 11pm
#ETWION – 19 December from 6 to 11pm
Many teachers use social media to connect and collaborate with like-minded teachers from across the world. Twitter is one of the social networking sites where they can communicate by sending short messages to their peers. Twitter chats on different topics are very popular among teachers because they can easily share their ideas, experiences and examples of best practice and promote their professional growth.
On December 19, 2013, Bart Verswijvel and Arjana Blazic are organizing the first ever ETWION - eTwinning Twitterathon - a five-hour festival of teaching and learning on Twitter.
The ETWION will be held from 6 pm - 11 pm CET (Brussels Time). It be divided into five time slots - Twitter chats - each featuring a different educational topic.

[8 pm - 9 pm] Involve Your Colleagues!
